Phila. Trans-Health Conference Career Day June 3

From Chris Paige at Trans-Health – On-site job recruitement.

Dear Friends,

You are invited to participate in the Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference’s annual Career Day. This year’s Career Day will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (12th and Arch St in Center City, Philadelphia).

To kick off the day, this year’s Career Day will feature three-hours of programming for employers on emerging legal protections for transgender employees and guidelines for creating a transgender-inclusive work environment. Registration for the Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference is free and there is no additional charge for this seminar. You can register and learn more about this conference at

In the afternoon, we will provide an opportunity for LGBT-friendly employers to establish their organization as an employer of individuals within the transgender community and to conduct on-site recruitment for full- or part-time employees and student interns. Please register for the Career Fair by the end of your business day on Friday, May 23, 2010. You can find the link to registration online at

Please share this email with other colleagues who might be interested participating in the Career Day as either an employer or a potential employee. Thank you for your time. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. We hope to see you in June!

P.S. In case you are not familiar with it, the Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference draws presenters and participants from all over the U.S. With 1500 participants in 2009, we are the largest transgender conference in the world!
